Candidates appearing for the Airforce Agniveervayu Phase-2 Exam are required to carry the following documents
- Colour printout of the Admit Card for Phase-2 and the verified Admit Card of Phase-1 (used during the Online Examination).
- Colour printout of the duly filled application form downloaded upon completion of online registration. The application form must indicate successful payment status and bear the same registration number as printed on the Admit Card.
- HB pencil, eraser, sharpener, glue stick, stapler, and black/blue ballpoint pen for writing.
- Ten copies of unattested recent passport-size colour photographs (the same used during online application registration).
- Original and four self-attested photocopies of the Matriculation Passing Certificate (required for verification of candidate’s name, father’s name, and date of birth).
- Original and four self-attested photocopies of the Matriculation Marks Sheet (applicable for three years Diploma Course holders and two years Vocational Course holders when English is not a subject in the Diploma/Vocational Course).
- Original and four self-attested photocopies of the Intermediate/10+2/Equivalent Examination Passing Certificate and Marks Sheet or Three Year Diploma Course Passing Certificate and Marks Sheets of all semesters or Two years Vocational Course Passing Certificate and Marks Sheets of all semesters and Marks Sheets of non-vocational subjects of Physics and Mathematics.
- Original and four self-attested photocopies of Graduation/Post Graduation Passing Certificate (if completed Graduation/Post Graduation).
- Serving NCs(E) Certificate/Certificate for COAFP (Children of Air Force Personnel)/Certificate for children of serving/retired/deceased Air Force civilian employees paid out of Defence Estimates. These certificates are to be downloaded from the CASB web portal’s download section, after being signed and stamped by the issuing authority.
- Original and four self-attested photocopies of Discharge Certificate for candidates discharged from the Indian Army/Indian Navy/Any other Government Organization (as issued from the respective organization).
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) [in original and four self-attested photocopies] issued from the employer, applicable only for candidates presently serving in any Government Organization.
- Original and self-attested photocopies of NCC ‘A’, ‘B’, or ‘C’ certificate (if applicable).
- Original and self-attested photocopies of the Admit Card of the 12th/Intermediate examination.
- One copy of the “No Risk Certificate” duly signed by the candidate and parent/guardian, as attached.
- Duly filled and signed Tattoo Certificate by the candidate, as attached. Candidates with permanent body tattoos must bring two postcard-size photographs each (close-up and distant view) with details of the size and type of the tattoo.
- One copy of the Consent Form for PFT & Medical Test, duly signed by the candidate (if 18 years and above). The form should be signed by the parent/guardian for candidates below 18 years of age.
The aforementioned documents are mandatory to be carried during the Airforce Agniveervayu Phase-2 Exam. Candidates are required to report to the Airforce Selection Centre for document verification. Before heading to the examination center, please ensure that you have prepared all the necessary documents in the correct manner.
