In a remarkable achievement, 30 exceptional cadets hailing from Sainik School Nagrota (SNN) in Jammu & Kashmir have aced the prestigious National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy Examination (II) 2023. This rigorous examination, conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on September 3, witnessed the triumph of these dedicated students.
The group of successful candidates comprises nine cadets from the current batch (2023-24) and an impressive 21 from the 2022-23 batch. Their success in the written examination now paves the way for the next challenging phase: the interview conducted by the Service Selection Board (SSB) of the Ministry of Defence. This interview is a crucial step toward their entry into the esteemed officer cadre of the armed forces through NDA 152nd course and Naval Academy 114th course.
Upon making the cut in the interview process, these outstanding individuals will be invited, based on their merit, to join the NDA 152nd course at Khadakwasla, Maharashtra, and the Indian Naval Academy 114th course at Ezhimala, Kerala.
